Order Processing Time:
- 2D printed items: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- 3D printed items: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing following payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard shipping typically takes:
- 2D printed items: 4–6 business days to arrive.
- 3D printed items: 7–10 business days for delivery.
Expedited shipping is also available and can shorten delivery by 1–2 business days. While we work hard to avoid issues, occasional delays due to postal service disruptions or lost packages can occur.
Order Guarantee:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of the shipment date, don’t hesitate to get in touch via our Contact page. We’ll promptly look into the issue and either resend your order or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
