Return and Refund Policy

At Hornyoungtee, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we’ve designed a return and refund policy that’s simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Return Process:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label in these cases. For all other returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send items back. Returned products must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. You can initiate a return through our website or by email.

Please Note:
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund—if the item meets our return criteria—within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete. If you have a defective item outside of the 30-day return window, contact us to discuss repair or replacement options.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank for further details.

Sale Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will also be notified of the return.

For non-defective item returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the item is securely packaged along with the original invoice.
